We are currently looking for a new member for the Business Development Property Management team to join us in the position of Deputy Manager, Albufeira Terrace.

Working Place: Albufeira Shopping

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering Management or Economics (preferential)
• Experience in managing operations in a similar area of business
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Costumer oriented, team worker, reliable and organized

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of the Shopping Centre, ensuring the quality of the services provided to costumers and tenants;
• Maintaining leasing status reports and accurate records with respect to potential tenants;
• Follow up the Shopping Center’s operations management in all its aspects, in order to be able to replace the manager whenever necessary;
• Manage the service providers and assure that they keep the standards of the company;
• Collaborate with the leasing team in the search of new stores, and/or concepts, contributing to adapt the mix to customer needs.
