For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role;
  • Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (7, 10, 11);
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365;
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP;
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems;
  • Technical or higher education in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Availability for hybrid working model, 1x per week in Aveiro.
