- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role;
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (7, 10, 11);
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365;
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP;
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems;
- Technical or higher education in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Availability for hybrid working model, 1x per week in Aveiro.
