Working Student - Lisbon

We are building the tools and systems that power collaboration, innovation, and digital excellence across our company and our Procurement Consulting Services. As part of this mission, our AI Factory team is exploring how technologies like ChatGPT can boost productivity, creativity, and everyday workflows.

We're looking for curious and motivated working students to join us part-time in Lisbon and help bring these AI use cases to life. No deep technical background needed—just a strong interest in digital tools, good communication skills, and a desire to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Explore and test new ideas for how we can use ChatGPT in day-to-day work
• Help pilot and improve tools that use AI for tasks like writing, organizing information, and supporting internal teams
• Support with feedback collection, documentation, and user experience improvements
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes product managers, designers, and AI enthusiasts
• Help communicate results and insights to different parts of the organization
  
  

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (any field welcome!)
• Interest in new technologies, digital tools, and how people work
• Experience using AI to extract, scrape, collect data
• A structured way of thinking and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Comfortable communicating in English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Based in Lisbon and available to work :10 hours per week
