Mission
Acquisition, Portfolio Management and P&L Manager will report to the Head of Cards playing a leading role in a multidisciplinary team responsible for sales (new debit and credit card Personal and Business customers), portfolio management strategy and customer engagement, promoting a multichannel strategy and a campaign-oriented approach to enable sustainable customer value for customer growth. Also, responsible for the planning and management control of the Cards portfolio, ensuring key initiatives to grow profitability.
Main Responsibilities
Develop portfolio management strategy. Responsible for designing, implementing, and tracking all credit and debit cards growth initiatives, from a credit line management to a new pricing strategy for the portfolio campaigns, aiming to increase customer profitability, revenues and customer experience. Also responsible for driving sales thru loyalty and usage actions.

Main Responsibilities
Develop portfolio management strategy. Responsible for designing, implementing, and tracking all credit and debit cards growth initiatives, from a credit line management to a new pricing strategy for the portfolio campaigns, aiming to increase customer profitability, revenues and customer experience. Also responsible for driving sales thru loyalty and usage actions.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns and manage the success funnel, in articulation with digital performance teams;
- Establish and ensure effectiveness of engagement goals for commercial front line (branches and remote sales);
- Define priorities for customer engagement;
- Establish customer lifetime value concept and manage customer revenue growth;
- Be an active player in defining product offering for customer engagement, either for below-the-line communication as for specific targets;
- Work with digital team evolving sales and customer experience;
- Manage retention and develop proactive and reactive retention /win back programs;
- Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the card portfolio to identify profitable products and segments;
- Develop business tracking reports across channels including sales and customer segments to achieve business targets.
- Responsible for the financial performance analysis, income and expenses for the card’s portfolio, marketing programs and strategies as well as preparing business cases;
- Preparing and consolidating the medium and short term plans as well as the quarterly outlooks in coordination with the other functions in the business;
- Analysis, reporting and presentation to the senior business management of the monthly accounting closing for the Cards Business as well as of the performance of the Key Value Drivers, providing comments on the variances to plan;
- Working with Financial Control to ensure the timely and controlled delivery of month end accounting activities for P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Degree in Engineering or Management;
- Previous experience in similar functions (+5 years experience);
- Excellent level of English, spoken and written; Knowledge of Spanish will be valued;
