What You’ll Do

To attract and manage the business relationships of Business Representatives with Vodafone (portfolio of BRs), in order to ensure the objective of maintaining/boosting an active network of Business Representatives, which are essential for achieving Vodafone Portugal’s commercial goals.

  • In the Commercial scope, may:
  • Monitor the Representative’s business and approve deals and exceptions
  • Follow up on results with each Representative to ensure goal achievement and continuous improvement
  • Implement Sales Plans (annual and quarterly) and campaigns launched by Vodafone
  • Gather and share information about competitors and customer needs
  • In the Customer Management scope, may:
  • Ensure prompt responses to all complaints related to Representatives and trigger actions to guarantee high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely and appropriate responses to all customer requests – complaints, proposals, clarifications, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with commitments made to the customer regarding commercial conditions and account management
  • In the Agent Support scope, may:
  • Provide appropriate support to each Representative in their portfolio, particularly in responding to requests (whether for performance evaluation or business monitoring and development)
  • Ensure Representatives have the appropriate information/training on the entire Vodafone offering, providing on-the-job training when necessary
  • Monitor the Representatives’ management model, contributing to its improvement through the implementation of best practices
  • Mobilize their team of Business Representatives towards Vodafone’s goals and offerings
  • Communicate, implement, and monitor Vodafone’s campaigns and programs according to previously defined plans
  • Contribute to recruitment and performance evaluation processes


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or university attendance
  • Experience: 3 years in sales
  • Sales Force management and training, knowledge of Vodafone’s commercial offering, user-level computer skills, Telecommunications, Information Technologies. Basic
  • knowledge of retail
  • Knowledge of telecommunications equipment/services available in the market
  • Market knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of business management and accounting
