Debt Transaction Manager

About The Job

• The Debt Transaction Manager is responsible for developing Debt Solutions, assuring the monitorization and control of operational risk, while focusing on clients' needs
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Launch and implement operations of Conventional and Structured debt
• Monitor Conventional and Structured debt operations
• Develop and manage specific projects - carry out complex securitisations projects, analyse and communicate the impact of any new situations on a transaction
• Coordinate and revision of the legal documentation of the transactions
• Manage Billing and Revenue
• Give operational support by ensuring the daily production inherent in the functions of Cash Manager, CDO Administrator, Custodian, Account bank, Paying Agent and respond to internal requests
• Control and assess operational risks associated with structured transactions (based on documentation)
• Understand the clients' needs and assist them on a daily basis
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Consulting or Financial Analysis and Advisory
• Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
• Ability to deliver / results driven
• Client focused
• Communication skills (both oral & written)
• Analytical ability, namely in Excel
