Our new store in Lisboa is looking for a Store Manager to lead the team and deliver a unique experience to our customers. As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the store’s operations: leading the team, training the Beauty Advisors, organising schedules, and making sure every customer finds the perfect skincare routine.

What will your daily role include?

• Ensuring every customer receives a personalised, high-quality service and maintaining the store’s impeccable image.
• Leading and motivating your team according to our company values: recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing talent in a collaborative environment.
• Working together to improve store performance by following KPIs and boosting sales.
• Managing in-store events, optimising product presentation, and overseeing visual merchandising.
• Overseeing stock management, inventory, and administrative tasks (scheduling, hours, absences, daily takings, cash register closures, and documentation for HQ).
• Collaborating with your Area Manager and fellow store managers to ensure strong coordination and reach shared goals.
• Turning every sale into a unique customer experience while reinforcing team spirit!
  
  

Minimum Requirements

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in retail and customer service, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Leadership skills and experience managing a team, with a high level of English.
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
• Sharp business sense and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Passion for beauty and skincare, and a desire to take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
