IT Project Manager (NOA)

About The Job

• Project Manager - IT mission consists in the definition, design and implementation of a solution that meets a new IT requirement expressed by a client, taking into account the resources allocated, the deadlines and the Group’s applicable best practices of IT Governance
• Within CIB2S IT DTS - IT Innovations team, you will be responsible for managing internal projects within NOA in collaboration with local development team, other CIB2S IT teams and business sponsors
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Understand and analyze the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements
• Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts
• Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment
• Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed
  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ticketing tools (JIRA or ServiceNOW)
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Ability to understand, explain and support change
• Communication skills, building business & IT Relationships
• Ability to collaborate and be a teamplayer
