Job Description

As a Business Support Trainee, you will support the management of different processes. You will get the chance to work in a multi-functional, international team with growth opportunities.

In your new role, you will:

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of documents (reports, presentations, etc) using MS Office
• Manage internal team communication by gathering, updating, and forwarding information
• Be in charge of purchasing activities, including ordering using SAP and internal purchasing channels
• Plan, prepare, and organize internal events (e.g., meetings, events, workshops, trainings, presentations, visitor arrangements), including the associated logistics, as well as the compilation of all necessary information and documents
• Keep departmental information accurate and up-to-date, such as handbooks, service catalogues, and organigrams
• Support the development of projects involving digitalization and innovation
  
  

Your Profile

You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to share information effectively and professionally. You have a positive and flexible working attitude, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent field of studies – an MBA would be a plus
• Have a good command of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint). Tableau would be a plus
• Knowledge of basic business concepts
• Basic coding capabilities would be a plus
• Feel comfortable with project management and change management tasks
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
