CONTEXT

You will be integrated in Richemont’s Group Technology product area Human Resources, and will belong to the HR Core, Compensation and Payroll team, reporting to the HRIS Product Area Manager Compensation & Payroll.

You will be primarily in charge of the configuration, enhancements and maintenance of Workday Core HR area.

The scope covers all Maisons held by the group on a worldwide scale.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

  • Business Expertise

Support Business Stakeholders in analysis and design of business processes

Evaluate processes efficiency and propose improvement

Creates functional specifications based upon business requirements.

Ensures alignment functionality with best practices, business processes, and procedures.

Document processes in a consistent and simple way

  • Technical Expertise

Evaluates current system configuration and responds to requests or inquiries on system capabilities.

Configures the system to meet business requirements.

Report to Management and evaluate potential support and projects risks and priorities

Maintains appropriate security of the system based on business needs.

Comply with group guidelines on Documentation, Change Management and Audit processes

  • Project Management

Develops, implements, and evaluates complex human resources systems project specifications and timelines which include participation in system design, configuration, conversion, testing, process definition, issue identification and resolution.

Ensures project timelines are followed and identifies potential risks.

Coordinates user acceptance testing and other testing with appropriate groups.

  • Support Digital Operations

Works with internal customers and information technology to troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems.

Document and communicate about the issues

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience of successful implementation of Workday HCM (from the planning phase to the Golive)
  • Experience on other functional areas of Workday such as Rewards, Reporting or Security
  • Experience on other HR solutions tools such as SAP HR, UKG and others is considered as a plus
  • Good Listening and Communication skills
  • You are problems solving oriented with a strong focus on final objectives
  • You are open minded and curious individual with flexible and creative thinking mindset
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; French is a plus;
