USER ACCESS MANAGEMENT JUNIOR OFFICER

About The Job

• The User Access Management (UAM) Officer is in charge of managing the access rights of applications within a specific perimeter, by granting access only to authorized users and by preventing or revoking access to non-authorized users
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Manage user access requests in Sailpoint and MyAccess
• Provisioning the access requests by creating, adding or revoking access rights to the users in the applications within the perimeter of activity
• Perform review of users in applications within the perimeter of activity
• Support the business activity in any project involving access rights to its applications
• Perform any cleaning actions required by the management in applications within the perimeter of activity
• Perform annual recertification of accesses in Sailpoint
• Support application users and coordinate with relevant teams for any query related to access to tools within the perimeter of activity
• Create and maintain up to date the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the applications access rights
• Update KPIs on UAM activities
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or Economics, Finance and Accounting
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in Risk and Controls
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
• Proficient knowledge of Security Sailpoint
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Good communications skills
• Ability to manage a project
• Team player and able to collaborate
• Attention to detail and rigor
• Client focused
