Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, high-quality support via phone, email, chat, and social platforms
- Assist users with tasks such as setting up accounts, resolving login and identity issues, managing transactions, and troubleshooting tech problems
- Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-driven attitude
- Respond to inquiries with accuracy and urgency, always keeping the customer’s needs in focus
- Build trust and rapport through thoughtful, clear communication
- Follow internal workflows and best practices while ensuring excellent service standards
- Share feedback to help improve support processes and elevate overall user experience
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
