About The Job

• The Operational Trainer is responsible for preparing and delivering operational training (beginner and proficient) for operational teams on their activity. The Operational Trainer has also to assure that the knowledge is passed in a consistent way by using specific tools and methodologies
• The Portugal Private Credit Center of Expertise team forms part of the wider Loan Solutions team within the Alternative Investors (AI) client line, working in collaboration with the Private Capital teams.
  
  

Loan Solutions Is Engaged In The Delivery Of Product And Solutions To Asset Manager And Asset Owner Clients Investing In Private Credit (corporate Loans), Infrastructure Debt And Real Estate Debt. The Main Services Delivered By The Portugal Private Credit Center Of Excellence Team Are

•   Loan Administration
•   Collateral Administration
•   Middle office services
•   Depositary function (recork keeping, cash processing) – where relevant
•   Loan Trade Closing – where relevant
  
  

The Team Manager will lead several teams within PCCE department to ensure the service delivery (delivery of results, monitoring, controlling results, KPI, Risk & quality), increasing efficiency and staff development.

Your Main Activities Are

• Deliver training sessions, with previous preparation and proper follow-up
• Improve existing training, updating content, format or any other aspect, taking in consideration the feedback from the sessions
• Develop new training formats (classroom format, remote format and self-service format) for existing and/or new programs
• Develop expertise in training tools, such as, Power Point, Klaxoon and Communication Tools
• Support training projects
• Support staff learning path
• Prepare KPI reports or presentations related with the activity
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• From 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
• Ability to share / pass on knowledge
• Good communication skills (both oral and written)
• Creativity, innovation and problem solving skills
• Organisational skills
• Custody knowledge
• Skills in Office pack (namely in Excel and PowerPoint)
