This dual-focused role will lead organizations through comprehensive workplace transformations, developing strategic workplace solutions while ensuring successful adoption through effective change management. The ideal candidate will leverage their background in architecture or real estate to create innovative workplace strategies and guide stakeholders through the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Strategy
- Lead workplace strategy projects from initial diagnosis through implementation
- Conduct workplace assessments, space utilization studies, and needs analyses
- Develop tailored workplace solutions that align with organizational objectives
- Create workplace guidelines, policies, and protocols
- Analyze workplace data to inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure workplace concepts support business goals
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for workplace transformations
- Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans to support workplace changes
- Design and facilitate workshops to build understanding and consensus
- Lead organizational readiness assessments and impact analyses
- Develop and deliver training programs to support new ways of working
- Create measurement systems to track adoption and effectiveness of workplace changes
- Address resistance and provide coaching to leadership teams
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workplace strategy, change management, or a combination of both
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (verbal and written)
- Proven experience leading both the strategic development and people-focused implementation of workplace initiatives
- Strong understanding of workplace design principles and change management methodologies
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience working with large corporate clients across diverse industries
- Change management certification (preferred)
- Experience with activity-based working and hybrid workplace models
- Data analysis and visualization capabilities
- Project management experience
- Experience in a global consulting environment
- Knowledge of workplace technology solutions
- Knowledge of architecture software
- Strategic thinker with practical implementation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels
- Strong communication abilities across various formats and audiences
- Balanced analytical and creative approach to problem-solving
- Adaptable and resilient when facing complex organizational challenges
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations
