This division in JLL's EMEA region has grown from two acquisitions in Spain (2006) and France (2007) to its current state, where it delivers office, hotel, and retail fit-out projects across 14 countries of operation. Tétris continues to grow, with an expected turnover of approximately 700 million dollars and more than 800 employees as of 2018. Following this successful growth, Tétris has become the leading provider of design, construction, and interior decoration services in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare supplier inquiries, including construction details, quantities, and quality of materials to be applied, in line with project definitions and Tétris/JLL policies
- Systematize and organize budgets (composite and auxiliary prices) in budgeting control maps
- Conduct technical analysis of written and drawn documents for budgeting processes and ongoing works
- Measure and quantify construction works
- Prepare and elaborate proposals
- Analyze and compose extra works, in line with the Project Manager
- Analyze errors and omissions in project documentation
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Cost Estimator, preferably in a general contractor role
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- High analytical capacity and results-oriented mindset
- Solid negotiation skills and proven experience in supplier management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactivity and persistence
- Good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, and Revit
