Responsibilities

• Support the definition, structuring, and communication of the digital strategy in alignment with the organization's business objectives and digital vision.
• Collaborate with business digital leaders (BDLs) to define strategic objectives, KPIs, and the calendar for digital initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio execution, including tracking budgets, deadlines, and resource allocation.
• Assist in defining and monitoring OKRs and KPIs related to the performance of projects and the digital portfolio.
• Prepare performance reports and visualizations to inform the Leadership Team and support data-driven decision making.
  
  

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in financial monitoring of projects and project management in the IT field;
• Solid knowledge of financial portfolio management and digital project management;
• Good knowledge of IT Helpdesk operations;
• Good knowledge of English and Portuguese.
