What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • You will be managing the overall Applications landscape and cloud resources in alignment with Company's strategy
  • Additionally you will ensure the correct operation of Applications, compliance, monitoring and vulnerabilities resolution in coordination with other IT support teams
  • Furthermore you will be supporting cloud solution architecture and DevOps processes to improve system efficiency
  • In Addition you will be managing and prioritizing topics related to application architecture, deployments, and enhancements
  • You will maintain updated all documentation to ensure the viability of the Service Support
  • Also, you will be managing Incident, Change and Problem management related to cloud resources
  • You will manage actively the implementation of new releases in Production environment based on CI/CD
  • As responsible of Cloud Production environment, you will participate in any decision regarding life cycle management
  • We will actively participate in digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation

What Makes You Great

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Additionally, you have proven experience of 3 to 5 years in IT Services Management, preferably in the Applications area
  • You have knowledge in Cloud Applications architecture, Data Protection and IT Security standards
  • You are service oriented (ITIL) having communication skills and ability to adapt quickly in an IT changing environment, with open mind to work in a multicultural, diverse and inclusive organization
  • You are an orderly and methodical person, with the ability to manage and lead IT activities and processes
  • Furthermore you have experience managing application topics, priorities, and workflows to align with business and technical goals
  • You are ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project
  • You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
