- Serve as a reliable contact point, particularly for customers in the sports sector
- Build trust by communicating with empathy, patience, and clarity
- Adhere to company standards to ensure consistent service quality
- Offer suggestions for process improvements and customer journey enhancements
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
