We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience in Business Analysis to join our teams in Lisbon.

YOUR ROLE
We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience in Business Analysis to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with an experienced Global Process Owner to develop the new processes while ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Manage key stakeholders and ensuring teams are onboarded to the new process
- Work across multiple regions with diverse stakeholders, as well as delivering confident presentations to varied audiences
- Responsible for delivering process documentation, training presentations, and managing the various sprints required
- Minimun 5 years experience as Business Analyst
- Expertise in ServiceNow,ITIL, Change and Stakeholder Management
- Expertise in Process Design/Improvement
- Experience with Scrum
- Good level of English
