This position is critical to expanding our EQD franchise and achieving BNP Paribas's strategic digital objectives in electronic trading.
Smart Derivatives and Brio are BNP Paribas's flagship platforms, offering clients streamlined access to EQD products, tools, and services. The role also involves introducing clients to advanced digital solutions and content tools designed to enhance their trading experience.
Highly involved on enhancement projects, this Team acts as a bridge between Developers and the Business.
Technology is central to BNP Paribas's growth strategy, with continuous investment in cutting-edge platforms that transform client interactions and position BNP Paribas as a leader in EQD digital solutions on the global stage.
Your Main Activities Are
I. Client Enablement & Data Analytics
Electronic Client Solutions (ECS) is a global team within the COO group, with teams based in London, Lisbon, New York and Singapore, ECS represents the backbone of BNP Paribas's Electronic trading offering.
Its core function is to provide a single point of contact for Client queries for all our Electronic products and services. ECS supports Clients, Trading venues and external counterparties, is responsible for Client enablement, Client Support and vendor relationships across all our Ecommerce platforms.

ECS supports BNP PARIBAS clients on Single dealer and Multi dealer platforms in conjunction with Sales and Trading. Its responsibilities fall into three main business/product lines organised respectively into three sub-teams:

Your Main Activities Are
I. Client Enablement & Data Analytics
- Manage and implement all client enablement requests for BNP Paribas electronic trading platforms, including Smart Derivatives and Brio
- Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and IT Support Teams to manage the configuration of clients across platforms
- Clean and analyse data to identify and resolve issues across BNP Paribas electronic products and services
- Monitor system status and electronic trade flows using data-mining tools to proactively address issues
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
- Resolve issues across all BNP Paribas electronic products and services, ensuring quick and effective resolution
- Monitor the status of all systems and electronic trade flows
- Provide business support to Trading & Sales
- Conduct data analysis to monitor client activity and identify trends
- Build and maintain dashboards to record and visualize client engagement activities, ensuring accurate and meaningful insights
- Review and suggest improvements to manual processes based on data-driven findings to enhance efficiency
- Manage price controls and limits across all products, ensuring all changes are properly controlled and approved prior to implementation
- Analyse and clean data to support the management decisions
- Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or similar areas
- An overall understanding and interest in the financial world
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills and client focus
- Strong team work while being able to work autonomously
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and organisational skills
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Python and other IT coding Skills
