Position Summary

As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of operators on the production floor to meet daily targets in safety, quality, and output. You will lead by example, ensuring operational discipline while fostering a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive team environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, resolve issues quickly, and communicate effectively across diverse backgrounds and roles. Reporting to the Area Leader, you will:

Your Role

• Lead, support, and supervise a team of production operators in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure daily production targets are met with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a go-to resource for problem-solving and escalation of operational issues.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, work instructions, and quality guidelines.
• Foster a positive team culture built on collaboration, accountability, and performance.
• Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to support team development.
  
  

Your Background

• You got Bachelor's or Master degree in a relevant area;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to relate effectively to people from diverse backgrounds and roles.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and drive results under pressure.
• Solid organizational and planning capabilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts (mandatory).
