What to expect:

• You will be responsible for our dynamic office's reception
• Your daily duties will involve ordering and accepting deliveries, as well as managing office materials
• You will be actively involved in the planning of our company events and take over various organizational tasks in Travel- and Facility Management
• You will bring in your ideas on how to constantly improve our office design and maintenance
• You will take over your own smaller projects in the field of Office Services/Office Management
• You will actively be involved in implementing our Community Building Strategy
  
  
  

What we expect:

• You have a high service orientation and enjoy helping others
• You work independently, reliably and with a detail oriented approach
• You enjoy tackling new problems and solving them effectively
• You have good communication skills and are fluent in English & Portuguese
