We are looking for a Project Management Associate to join the Governance & Reporting Office.
The Project Management Associate plays a key role in enabling successful project execution by supporting planning, coordination, and performance tracking across the lifecycle of initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will help establish structure and visibility, providing critical data insights and maintaining documentation to support timely decision.
As a Project Management Associate, you will contribute to strong governance, effective collaboration, and continuous improvement in delivery practices. You will help bridge the gap between strategy and execution through clear communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

In This Role, You Will Have a Chance To
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Track key project metrics and provide reports and dashboards to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate project meetings, capture actions and decisions, and follow up on deliverables.
- Help identify risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives.
- Work across teams to ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Support project governance and contribute to improving delivery processes and tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, project management, engineering, finance or a related field.
- We are looking for a structured, collaborative, and curious professional with a proactive mindset and a passion for helping teams deliver meaningful results.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A team-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience with tools like MS Project, Service Now ,Excel and knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.
