Within IT Group, Informatics Directorate Of BNP Paribas, The Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud Department's Mission Aims To Structure, Strengthen And Harmonize IT Risk Management And Cybersecurity For The Overall BNP Paribas Group (approximately 30 Entities) And

• Defining the vision and strategy for IT risk management and cybersecurity, and ensuring the implementation of this strategy within the Group’s operating entities,
• Monitoring the security of the Group's information systems,
• Steering the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy and methodological framework.
  
  

The evolving Cyberthreats landscape increases the security risk of financial sector, that leads BNP Paribas to strengthen its Cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management and Operation Resilience.

You will be part of IT Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department In Portugal.

You will play a key role to develop Portugal platform, ensuring core IT Continuity activities are performed by all the entities of the Group in compliance to the Group IT Continuity, Cyber security and IT Risk framework enabling the adequate protection of BNP Paribas.

Your main activities are

The role of IT Continuity Expert (He/She) is supporting the ICRO in the delivery of the following activities:

• Implementing policies, the reference framework, methods, and tools to control IT Continuity and Resilience.
• Develop and update IT continuity policies in compliance with group requirements.
• Coordinating IT Asset classification by following IT asset managers and checking the consistency of IT asset classification and the appropriate recording in the Group IT Continuity tool (ServiceNow based).
• Chase IT asset managers to verify the consistency of asset classification and ensure proper recording in the group's ServiceNow-based IT Continuity tool.
• Coordinating the maintenance of IT continuity plans aiming to describe the recovery solution for the different DR scenarios by supporting IT asset manager.
• Support IT asset managers in describing recovery solutions for different DR scenarios.
• Improving the quality of IT Continuity plans to be compliant with all Group IT Continuity requirements.
• Coordinating the scheduling of IT continuity exercise aiming to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the various recovery solutions by following IT asset managers.
• Plan and coordinate IT continuity exercises to demonstrate the effectiveness of recovery solutions.
• Following up of the execution of DR exercises from planning to post exercise phases. Gathering and controlling evidence of IT continuity exercise performed by following IT asset managers. Checking the consistency of exercise reports.
• Tracking and analyzing of incident report of IT continuity solution following an incident.
• Analyze incident reports of IT continuity solutions following an incident.
• Reporting on IT Continuity and Resilience.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of IT continuity plans, procedures, and incident reports.
• Providing training and awareness programs to all stakeholders.
• Proposing improvement in the BAU processes.
• Suggest improvements in IT continuity processes to optimize efficiency and compliance.
