Responsibilities

• Have overall accountability for the technology delivery of Data & Analytics products and services; ensuring product, project, programme teams and delivery partners work effectively.
• Understand the data & reporting requirements from all the various streams and the impact the requirements have on existing data & reporting
• Identify, collate and validate requirements that need to be enabled by Data & Analytics products and services for the project
• Define the solution architecture, data model, integration and ETL requirements. Oversee the implementation and validate, working with Tech Heads to ensure that IT systems meet business needs
• Communicate and influence stakeholders to support the adoption and evolution of data and analytics products and services for the project.
  
  

Essential Skills

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, along with experience in team management and leadership;
• Up-to-date knowledge of technologies, trends, and practices in large-scale data and analytics;
• Strong skills in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis using visualization and analysis techniques to solve defined business problems;
• Experience in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and in prioritizing and delegating activities;
• Strong English skills.
