Responsibilities
- Manage the complete life cycle of defects, from identification to resolution and closure;
- Act as a point of contact between QA, development and project management teams;
- Prioritize, categorize and track defects in tools such as JIRA, ALM, Quality Center, among others;
- Participating in defect triage meetings and ensuring their correct documentation and communication;
- Ensuring that all defects are dealt with within the defined SLAs;
- Producing status reports, trends and quality metrics for stakeholders.
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience in defect management and software quality;
- Familiarity with test cycles, continuous integration environments and Agile/Waterfall processes;
- Knowledge of defect management tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities;
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
