- The Cash Management Monitoring Officer’s mission is to be the preferred intermediary (single point of contact) for BNPP's large strategic clients, required centralized and personalized support in connectivity and post implementations topic; to deliver and ensure high quality service and the best possible client satisfaction; plan a key role in understanding the client's business and advising on the evolution of the client's cash management set-up and maintain the high standards of excellence of BNPP Cash Management Servicing
- Daily customer experience and communication
- Understand the customer's needs and translate them into simple requests in coordination with business actors and internal teams
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Connectivity and implementations of E-banking channels
- Manage post-implementation projects (scope, planning, technical specifications, testing, start-up)
- Take charge of maintenance and connectivity actions concerning the client's electronic banking and cash pooling channels
- Take charge of the formalization of contractual documents to be signed with the client
- Ensure that billing is set up properly
- Cash Management Sales Support
- Provide technical sales support. Participate in meetings with prospects the sales teams to present BNPP's online banking platform and answer client's technical questions regarding electronic banking channels
- Incident Management
- Coordinate with the Cash Customer Analyst the client communication to provide to the customer (root cause, resolution time and post-mortem if necessary)
- Selfcare and opportunities to enhance
- Provide suggestions for the development/improvement of cash management products and share customer feedback on the bank's cash management product offering
- Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or related
- Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations / Client Management or similar
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in MS Office Excel
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
