Territory Compliance COO - Compliance Real Estate Internship

About The Job

• The intern will provide support to Territory Compliance COO Office-Securities Services Portugal as well as to Real Estate Portugal Compliance
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• On Compliance COO-SecuritiesServices, the intern will contribute to transversal activities, namely to the coordination of, among other areas, Communication, Procedures Management, Projects Management and Training topics on all Compliance domains (Financial Security, KYC, Market Integrity, Professional Ethics, Protection of Interests of Clients). Example of support tasks concern the deployment of the Communication and Training Plan, the monitoring of procedures deployment, updates of governance, organization and training documents, update of the Communication platform
• On Real Estate Portugal Compliance, the intern will contribute to the handling of daily Compliance activities, with a focus on Real Estate local business, with regards to procedures implementation, executions of controls, reporting, preparation or updates of governance and meeting documents
• During the internship the intern will be supported by a senior Compliance Officer and will develop a general knowledge of Compliance and a more specific knowledge of Compliance Real Estate topics
  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor Degree in Law / Economics or related
• Up to 2 years of experience in Compliance or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Attention to detail / rigor
• Adaptability
• Communication skills, both written and oral
