This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.

What You Will Enjoy Doing
- You will ensure the continuity of the current business thought the digital transformation
- Additionally, you will implement Agile methodologies to drive streamline processes, project delivery and improve overall business performance
- Will be part of your role facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration
- You will coach project teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks, practices, and tools, fostering a culture of agility and innovation
- Also, you will ensure high-quality project delivery through effective risk management, issue resolution, and progress tracking and reporting
- Furthermore, you will collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and develop standardized Agile processes across the organization
- You should provide feedback on benefits and improvement with tangible figures and uses cases
- You will actively participate in the processes of digitization and automation of tasks, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong track record of implementing Agile methodologies and practices or 10 years in project management
- Also, you have experience in full Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)
- Additionally, you have experience working in a homecare or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential and ability to dive in complex system
- Your certification in one or more Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) is highly desirable or certification PMP, PgMP, CSM II, or certification in process (BPMN) is required
- You are proficient in Agile project management tools (DevOps) and Microsoft Office Suite
- You can speak English fluently (mandatory)additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, Spanish and/or German can be a plus
- You will participate on service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives
- Also, you will participate on the creation on service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) based on service needs
