Role: System Administrator.

Location: Remote, from Portugal.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
• Min. 3 years of experience as a System Administrator;
• Experience setting up, configuring, and managing Linux systems (version 8+), including Red Hat Enterprise Linux;
• Experience working with VMware, Hyper-V, and OpenShift;
• Experience using Terraform and Ansible for automation and deployment;
• Experience automating provisioning workflows integrated directly with VMware and OpenShift;
• Experience managing containers (Docker and Kubernetes);
• Experience implementing security practices aligned with GDPR compliance (SELinux, firewalls, and auditing tools);
• Experience operating and maintaining monitoring solutions (Prometheus or Zabbix);
• Min. 1 year of experience working with Git;
• Min. 2 years of experience in network infrastructure and operations;
• Must hold at least one of the following Certifications: Certification in Linux administration; Certification in Ansible automation; Certification in containers or Kubernetes CKA;
• Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
