THE CHALLENGE YOU'LL OWN

As our Talent Specialist - Learning & Development, you will help bring our Talent Strategy to life and empower every colleague to thrive. You'll lead core areas that shape our future:

Talent & Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor the Belron Group's Talent Management framework across the employee journey.

  • Lead performance management cycles, aligning feedback, development and progression.

  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and meaningful goals.

Learning & Development

  • Identify learning needs and deliver training plans aligned with strategic goals.

  • Manage full-cycle training - from design to follow-up - combining technical and behavioural skills.

  • Ensure compliance and certification standards.

  • Collaborate with our Technical Team to deliver technical training initiatives.

Leadership Development & Succession Planning

  • Drive Talent and People Review processes, identifying high-potential talent.

  • Roll out leadership programmes for all levels - emerging to senior.

  • Keep our succession plans strong and future-ready.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Influencing and negotiation skills to move ideas forward

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field

  • 3+ years of HR Development experience (mandatory)

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)

  • Workday experience is a plus
