We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Porto!

In this role, you’ll act as a key link between our Level 1 Support and Development teams. You’ll be responsible for handling Level 2 incidents, investigating and resolving complex technical issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement and stability of our applications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 support incidents escalated by the Level 1 team
  • Analyze application bugs and deliver reliable fixes in collaboration with developers
  • Write, test, and deploy small to medium bug fixes (mainly in PHP and JavaScript)
  • Monitor application performance and logs to detect and prevent issues
  • Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for recurring incidents and solutions

Your Profile

  • Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Git and working with ticketing systems
  • Autonomous, structured, and proactive
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English – French is a plus
