Principais responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles (from job briefing to offer negotiation);
• Source and engage candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals;
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key functions;
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies;
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews with candidates across different time zones and markets;
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure excellent communication throughout the hiring process;
• Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with local labor laws and company standards;
• Represent the company at job fairs and industry events when necessary.

Perfil desejado

• Proven experience (3+ years) in recruitment, with a strong focus on international hiring;
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries and cultures (e.g., EU, UK, etc);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously;
• Strong understanding of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search, etc.);
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus;
• Flexible and proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
