Mission of the Role: Receivables collection/allocation

Key Objectives of this Role include daily customer activity tasks, namely:

• Receivables collection/allocation
• Customer claims categorization and dispute coordination
• Assist with customer code creation
• Customer statements
• Ledger and Sub-ledger clearings
• Accounts Reconciliation
• Invoicing

Key Performance Indicators

• Customers past due level
• Customer claims aging
• Cash forecast deviation

Key Year One Deliverables:

• Understand the Customer's structure, key contacts, and processes
• Develop strong/proactive communication channels with Customers and Visteon partners
• Support area reporting accuracy/timing requirements

Qualification, Experience and Skills

• Minimum bachelor’s degree: Business, Finance, and/or Accounting from an accredited College or UniversityEnglish fluent (read/write/speak)
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, …), CPA desired
• Solid background in SAP system operations and utilization.
• Proactive approach and ready to deal with a stressful environment
