- 3+ years as a Product Owner with Salesforce Service Cloud;
- Experience defining product roadmaps, user stories, and managing backlogs in Agile;
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and agent workflows;
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and integrations;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Availability for hybrid working model in Lisbon (1x per week).
