Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Learning Specialist to support the growth and development of our workforce through impactful learning experiences. In this role, you will design, implement, and evaluate learning programs and tools that align with our talent development goals.

You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop engaging content, and ensure programs effectively enhance employee skills and performance. You will also help track learning outcomes and continuously improve delivery methods based on feedback and business needs.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

Learning

  • Identify competency development needs for integration into the annual training program.
  • Design, implement, and monitor the execution of the annual training program.
  • Coordinate internal training initiatives, track all training activities, and evaluate their outcomes.
  • Develop training programs in collaboration with providers and maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare and propose executive training solutions tailored to diverse departments and business needs.
  • Strategize, design, and execute employee training programs.
  • Analyse training KPIs and present actionable insights.
  • Contribute to internal and external communication efforts in partnership with the Communication Department.

Profile And Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a learning role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration and trust across diverse teams.
  • High sense of responsibility, excellent organizational and planning skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Dynamic, innovative, and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and coach HR teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and applying a problem-solving approach to address complex challenges.
  • Expertise in aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Adept at presenting People & Culture strategies across all organizational levels with clarity and confidence.
