Where and how we work?

We are growing our team across Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK), and Bucharest (RO) and are looking for talented professionals to join us! We embrace a hybrid work model, with an expectation for You to attend the office at least twice a week to connect, innovate, and grow together while also having the flexibility to work remotely.

Long story short, you will

play a key role in shaping our expansion strategy and driving high-value partnerships. In this impactful position, you’ll identify new market opportunities, forge long-term business relationships, and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to accelerate revenue growth. All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Drive strategic business opportunities, focusing on new markets, key partnerships, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture senior relationships with stakeholders, partners, and prospects to grow the pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and new avenues to shape commercial strategy.
  • Support Regional Directors and leadership in go-to-market and market entry planning.
  • Collaborate with Product to share market insights, shape the roadmap, and strengthen positioning.
  • Work with Marketing to sharpen the value proposition and boost lead generation.
  • Engage potential clients to validate product-market fit and refine offerings.
  • Identify gaps in commercial processes and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Help align Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expanding visibility and network.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and strategic focus.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise :

  • 5+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships role
  • iGaming industry experience is a must.
  • Proven track record in driving strategic sales and business development in key markets.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Skilled in managing complex partnerships and senior-level negotiations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, results-driven approach with a high sense of ownership.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Open to international travel and attending industry events.
