Role

Job Description

• Support building certification projects (BREEAM, LEED, WELL)
• Contributing to the preparation of ESG reports and compliance with the European Taxonomy;
• Climate risk analysis in real estate projects;
• Development and consolidation of templates and tools for ESG reports;
• Support in organizing databases and technical documentation related to sustainability.
  
  

Capabilities

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, preferably with a specialization or interest in sustainable construction.
• Knowledge of sustainable building certifications;
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Fluency in English and a good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Power BI, and other data analysis tools is valued;
• Analytical skills, organization, proactivity, and critical thinking.
