Hasbro SA, based in Delemont Switzerland, manufactures and sells Hasbro toy and games products around the world. Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe Hasbro Iberia SL provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in Portugal and has appointed Hasbro Importaco e Exportacao de Jogos e Brinquedos Lda ('the Company') to assist with such services.

Key role requirements:
- Achieve the defined HET/HIT turnover (value and volume) and market share target
- Achieve distribution / assortment goal
- Ensure customer profitability
- Creating, implementing, and monitoring full-year account business plans of HET/HIT
- Execute and monitor approved Hasbro SA promotions and marketing campaigns within the business plan including promotional spend
- Effectively manage approved promotional and marketing budgets to drive sales growth
- Ensure accuracy and constant maintenance of sales forecasts in Logility system and other commercial planning tools
- Manage annual contract negotiations for assigned customers, respecting the parameters defined at the Regional level
- Manage JMA budgets
- Manage day-to-day operations related to accounts
- Build an effective business partner relationship with local & regional Customer departments, focusing on maximising their share of the local business
- Define, implement and monitor the annual business plan for the assigned customers in order to contribute to the annual revenue and profitability targets of Hasbro European Trading BV and Hasbro International Trading in the market
- Visit Key Customers and operate as part of a sales services team
- Collaborate with leadership to implement approved retail sales strategies to strengthen Hasbro brands' market position
- Follow brand priorities
- Define the ideal listing for each client based on priorities and spaces
- Ensuring the correct brand statement at the point of sale, on and off line
- Drive the implementation of Perfect Store / Perfect Screen with priority customers
- Work together with the Digital teams to ensure best in class activation across the Customer platforms
- Working closely with the Demand and Supply team in order to manage the customer's needs and inventory levels, ensuring that agreed service objectives are met
- DI ownership & execution in partnership with demand planning; Ranging, forecasting, orders, investment, tracking and course correction
- Annual sales targets
- HET/HIT customer sales targets that need to be revised on a quarterly basis
- Management of assigned budget for Customer investments (Contractual and JMA)
- Responsible for recommending the client's investments within the predetermined budget
- Orders, invoices, shipments – control of orders and shipments based on stock availability
- Manage the information flow about customer sales performances, inventory level and payments
- Responsible for customer sales forecasting and execution
- Responsible for defining the business plan for customers, which must be approved by HET/HIT
- Complete all required SOX documentation and maintain an accurate record of all agreements closed by account (internal and external)
- Carry out a detailed analysis of the customer's development
- In partnership with regional and local leadership, ensure that all KPIs of customers' business planning are effectively planned, monitored and recorded
- Support Operation and Accounting departments on assigned customers and ensure ongoing administrative support
- Share best practices and, if required, participate in cross-functional projects
- Adopt and follow business processes and tools to effectively deliver and report results
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel, BI tools, CRM, etc)
- Analytical spirit and ability to make decisions based on quantitative data
- Sales forecasting skills and new product launches management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong results orientation and ability to work under pressure with profitability targets
- Leadership and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational sensitivity and effective priorities management
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or an equivalent field
- An MBA or additional training in sales management is an advantage
- Portuguese mother tongue
