We are growing our team across Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK), and Bucharest (RO) and are looking for talented professionals to join us! We embrace a hybrid work model, with an expectation for You to attend the office at least twice a week to connect, innovate, and grow together while also having the flexibility to work remotely.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts—identifying new business prospects, building strategic partnerships, and playing a key role in boosting revenue. All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Build and maintain strong relationships to unlock new sales audiences.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, positioning WA.Technology as a leader in its space and expanding the company’s network.
- Research and evaluate new market avenues to expand company reach and sales potential.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to understand competitive positioning and feature development.
- Work with Marketing to define value propositions and identify effective communication and lead generation strategies.
- Engage with potential clients to continuously align our offerings with market needs and improve product-market fit.
- Assist in enhancing the customer journey by providing feedback and suggesting improvements.
- Foster collaboration across internal departments to streamline processes and maximize the impact of business opportunities.
- Evaluate existing procedures and provide input for improvements aligned with business strategy.
- Actively contribute to the synergy between sales, marketing, and product teams.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development or a Sales role, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
- iGaming industry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Proven exposure to or experience working with emerging markets is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, target oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally and represent the company at industry events and fairs.
