Project Management Trainee

About The Job

Participate in transversal and impactful territory-wide projects, providing support to the Territory Chief Operating Officer (COO), Territory Chief of Staff and other senior managers.

Your Main Activities Are

• Participate in the planning, executing, and follow-up phases of projects for the Territory’s senior management
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to support ongoing projects
• Develop and take ownership of data models to provide support to the development of complex business cases
• Monitor project progress by tracking project milestones, deliverables and timelines to ensure adherence to the project plan and identifying and escalating potential risks or issues affecting the project delivery
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather project status updates and assist in the preparation of status reports and presentations
• Work with cross-functional teams to support project activities and assist in organizing meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your project management skills and gain knowledge of project management tolls
  
  

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related areas
• Fluency in English, both written and oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform make decisions
