About the Role:
As a Junior Customer and Category Development Manager, you’ll be at the crossroads of Trade Marketing, Sales, and Brand Marketing—playing a key role in shaping and executing our FMCG brand strategies from the ground up.
In this dynamic position, you’ll be more than just a support function—you’ll be a strategic partner. You’ll help build and execute bottom-up brand plans that resonate with customers and drive growth. Whether it’s a seasonal marketing campaign or a new product launch, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, ensuring our plans are not only well-crafted but flawlessly executed.
Main Responsibilities:
You’ll manage point-of-sale (POS) materials, track campaign execution, and analyze sell-out data to uncover actionable insights. Your work will directly influence how we position our brands in-store and online. You’ll support the development of customer offers, dive into category management, and evaluate customer performance to identify growth opportunities. You’ll also collaborate across departments to shape the future of our sales channels, including e-commerce and impulse channels, always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
Who we are looking for:
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, and you bring at least three years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG industry. You’re highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you’re comfortable navigating a matrix organization and working in a cross-cultural environment.
You’re naturally organized, structured, and dynamic, with a strong commitment to excellence in everything you do. You’re also flexible, collaborative, and a truly proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. Most importantly, you bring a results-oriented mindset, always focused on turning insights into action and driving measurable impact.
