Your Mission
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be key to increasing our revenue through digital channels, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing customer experience. You'll be part of an international team and collaborate with various departments to achieve ambitious commercial goals.
Key Responsabilities
- Drive online direct sales, contact center, and retail walk-up performance
- Develop annual tactical sales promotion plans
- Manage online content and optimize conversion
- Coordinate customer acquisition strategies with optimal return on investment
- Collaborate in web and app development to maximize commercial contribution
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (PPC, Programmatic, META)
- Support product development, including electric and hybrid vehicle strategy
- Implement campaigns for the Avis Preferred loyalty program, products etc
- Develop and update Avis and Budget with online content, relating to fleet, locations, brands, products and promotions on internal and external channels (website, Google, Apple etc)
- Work with the Direct Sales and local Marketing Manager and CRM team to grow the direct database via touchpoints across the on and offline journey in a data-compliant manner.
- Support the commercial contribution of unpaid channel through planning, compiling JIRA briefs, scheduling of email content across Avis and Budget brands and integrated social media content planning.
- Fluency in three languages: Spanish, English, and Portuguese (professional level)
- At least 2 years of proven track record in Digital Marketing and Product Management
- Experience in the travel or automotive industry will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of CMS technologies and digital content
- Knowledge of Meta, Google ADS, SEO
- Knowledge and coding on HTML
- Sales orientation and analytical skills
- Experience working with media/marketing/digital department
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools
