Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our commercial activities in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). This is a full-time role focused on developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding market presence across German-speaking countries in Europe. You will represent Amtrol-Alfa and Worthington Enterprises, managing a broad portfolio that includes steel and composite LPG cylinders and high-pressure industrial cylinders. This role combines sales, marketing and customer service coordination. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for low-pressure cylinders as other products from the Amtrol-Alfa portfolio
  • Build and manage relationships with LPG gas distributors, high-pressure and industrial gas cylinder distributors
  • Develop and monitor, annual sales and marketing plans, monthly activity reports, competitive analysis and market trends
  • Lead or participate in customer meetings and onsite visits, trade shows and industry conferences
  • Maintain close collaboration with internal teams across Amtrol-Alfa Qualifications
  • Proven success in technical or industrial sales
  • Native or fluent German speaker, with excellent command of English
  • Skilled in market analysis, strategic planning and consultative selling
  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities
  • Motivated to travel at least one week a month across the region What we have to offer
