About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the execution and coordination of CRM campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and optimal performance across email, onsite, and promotional channels. You’ll work closely with multiple teams including design, content, casino team, and customer support to ensure a seamless experience for our users.

About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the execution and coordination of CRM campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and optimal performance across email, onsite, and promotional channels. You’ll work closely with multiple teams including design, content, casino team, and customer support to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, scheduling, and deploying email and onsite campaigns using CRM tools.
- Create and update promotional pages using CMS tools.
- Coordinate content briefs and asset delivery with design and copy teams.
- Conduct rigorous QA to ensure that all promotions are correctly set up, visually consistent, and fully functional.
- Regularly test promotions by creating new test accounts (e.g., username+[number]@gmail.com) to simulate real-user journeys and identify issues.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to relevant teams based on QA findings.
- Liaise with customer support teams to communicate promotion details and ensure a smooth rollout.
- Maintain campaign documentation and ensure processes are followed accurately.
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms and CMS tools (previous experience is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to testing and problem-solving.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
