Digital Marketeer (m/f) to complement our team of passionate Marketeers who enjoy communicating our unique units in the best way possible and always looking for the next frontier.
You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, content creation, monitoring, and analysis of all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, website content creation and updates (including SEO), database management, planning photo and video shoots, brainstorming sessions, researching competitors and new advertising trends. Additionally, you will collect monthly digital performance data from marketing channels and campaigns, analyze the results, and present them to management. You will also handle any other tasks related to the Marketing Department.
This role requires close collaboration with all departments within the group, as well as external partners. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and Communication of the Torel Boutiques Collection.

What We Expect
- University degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of two years' experience working in the field of Digital Marketing.
- Familiar with digital marketing platforms (such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and Google Ads).
- Experience working in the field of hospitality is a plus.
- Fluent Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Proactive and performance-oriented, as the account manager for your hotel units, you will oversee all marketing efforts and budget management with minimal supervision.
- Team worker that likes to take on responsibility and is comfortable facing challenges.
- Passion, professionalism and a sense of humor.
- Flexibility to cover events, including those occurring after working hours or on weekends.
