Lead Buyer for Core Business Team - French Speaker

About The Job

• As a Procure to Pay Senior Analyst in the Procurement Operations team, your mission is to operate on the internal clients’ behalf, the buying of goods and services (Consulting, IT Services, Equipment, Software, among others), ensuring the respect of regulation and BNP Paribas’ standards, applying category-sourcing strategy and achieving savings target
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Support your clients (French BNP Paribas entities) in their purchasing requests, on an ongoing basis and ensure client satisfaction (quality, costs, processing time)
• Coordinate RFP (Request for Proposal) or direct negotiations processes and analyze suppliers’ offers
• Negotiate the best price conditions with the providers and achieve savings target
• Prepare application contracts and ensure compliance with regulation, BNP Paribas’ standards and framework contracts
• Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes and tools
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
• At least 5 years of Experience in Procurement and Facilities Management
• Proficiency in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English and French
• Attention to detail/rigor
• Client focused
• Organisational skills
• Communication skills - oral & written
• Proactivity
