Sustainable Finance Analyst

About The Job

• Drive the integration of sustainability considerations into the bank's processes and client relationships by developing and applying analytical methodologies, assessing clients' sustainability profiles, and promoting the use of sustainability analysis tools internally. This role aims to enhance the bank's understanding of its clients' sustainability performance (in particular financial institutions), tailor marketing and engagement strategies accordingly, and identify both risks and opportunities for the bank and its clients. Previous experience in the banking industry is preferable, in particular financial institutions and / or investment portfolios)
  
  

Your Main Activities Are

• Contribute to the maintenance and development of methodologies to assess our clients’ portfolio. The objective is to perform multi-dimension analysis with an objective to better know our clients but also to personalize our marketing and engagement strategies towards these clients.
• Perform sustainability analysis of BNPP clients and prospects to identify the risk profile and opportunities specific of each counterparty
• Support the internal dissemination and usage of sustainability analysis tools across the business, to better integrate sustainability considerations in the bank processes
  
  

Profile And Skills To Success

• Master's in Finance, Business, Engineering or Data Science
• Previous exposure to sustainable development, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
• Proficiency in programming languages (i.e Python) and data visualization (i.e Power BI)
• Previous exposure to Institutional Clients
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), particularly in English
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team
• Data-oriented
