We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, transformation, and visualization, with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver impactful insights.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling: Design efficient data models and define table relationships optimized for performance.
• Data Transformation: Utilize Power Query for cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis.
• KPI & Metric Definition: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and relevant business metrics.
• Report Maintenance: Update and maintain dashboards and reports in line with evolving business requirements.
• User Enablement: Provide training to end users and create supporting documentation.
• Tool Integration: Integrate Power BI with tools such as Azure, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Data Security: Implement and manage row-level security and user permissions.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong expertise in writing SQL queries for data manipulation and performance optimization across multiple database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Proficient in Python for developing analytical models, including time series forecasting, K-means clustering, and logistic regression (Logit models).
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, with the ability to create highly interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience using advanced Power BI features such as Drill-through, Slicers, and Bookmarks.
• Solid understanding of DAX for complex measures and analytical logic.
• Experience with Dremio is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
