Role Overview

The Marketing Lead owns and drives the full marketing strategy and execution at UpHill Health. This role focuses on brand development, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and product marketing initiatives to maximize commercial impact and support scale-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:
  • Develop, refine, and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with UpHill’s growth objectives, product complexity, and international market expansion. Lead the consistent delivery of a cohesive and powerful brand presence across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns ensuring unified messaging that drives customer acquisition, retention, and commercial traction.
  • Digital Marketing & Ecosystem Ownership:
  • Own and continuously optimize UpHill’s digital ecosystem including website, SEO, Social Media, email marketing, and other digital channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Product Marketing and Customer Engagement Initiatives:
  • Plan and execute targeted product marketing initiatives, including onboarding materials, customer support collateral, and initiatives that enhance customer experience and adoption.
  • Collaboration on UpHill Academy Marketing:
  • Partner with the Communications and Engagement Lead to promote UpHill Academy content strategically, ensuring amplified audience engagement and educational impact.
  • Marketing Analytics & Performance Optimization:
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics across campaigns and channels, using insights to optimize ROI and guide strategic decisions.
  • Outcome Ownership:
  • Take full accountability for marketing deliverables and measurable outcomes, aligned with UpHill’s overarching goal of positively impacting patient care and expanding market reach.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven senior marketing experience in health-tech, digital health, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, and integrated campaign management.
  • Expertise in content marketing, social media advertising, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent project management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable commercial results.
